In the early 1990s, the late Ruud Marinus, a true Amsterdam native, settled in Maastricht and quickly fell in love with the city. As a real estate entrepreneur, he saw an opportunity to establish himself in South Limburg's market. More importantly, he founded his company on the philosophy that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant decisions—one deserving of expertise, care, and personal commitment.
